Cawthon 3D Design provides custom CAD modeling, 3D printing, and related services for both individuals and businesses. All services are delivered according to the specifications agreed upon in your order or project request.

• All quotes are estimates and may be subject to change based on project complexity, materials, or revisions.
• A confirmed order requires written approval and, where applicable, payment as agreed.
• Cawthon 3D Design reserves the right to refuse service for any project deemed unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate.

• Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice or project agreement.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees or delay in project delivery.
• Accepted payment methods will be provided in your invoice or project agreement.

• Minor adjustments are included as part of the initial project scope.
• Significant changes after project approval may incur additional charges.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information.

• CAD designs created by Cawthon 3D Design remain the intellectual property of Cawthon 3D Design until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered designs or printed parts may transfer to the client, depending on the project agreement.
• Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute designs created by Cawthon 3D Design without written consent.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, or shipping conditions.
• Cawthon 3D Design is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

• Cawthon 3D Design ensures that all services are performed professionally and with care.
• Printed parts are provided “as-is,” and Cawthon 3D Design is not liable for damages caused by misuse, modifications, or improper installation.
• Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service.

• Orders may be canceled before production begins.
• Refunds are subject to review and may exclude costs for materials or time already spent on the project.
• Custom designs or printed parts cannot be returned once production has started.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved under Minnesota jurisdiction.
